Meet Rosemary Carroll

Rosemary Carroll is an artist, illustrator, photographer, author, instructor, and publisher. A native New Yorker, she has made her home/studio in Bethany Beach for over two decades. She resides with her husband along with the herons, dolphins and seagulls, but travels worldwide on assignment, photographing destination weddings, socialite and celebrity events.

Her corporate clients include Mars 2112, Fairmont Hotels, Aeronautical Technologies, The Plaza Hotel, The Carousel Hotel, BaJa Grill, Miken Construction, Resort Quest®. She also specializes in magazine work both here and abroad and her images have been produced for Hallmark cards and calendar companies.

She has been a guest speaker on television shows, such as Larry King Live, Inside Edition, New York 1, Eye Over Miami and One on One with Steve Adubato. In addition, she has written many magazine and newspaper articles.

As an author, she has written and illustrated three children's books, contributed to numerous others, and assisted with the design and production of six other books. Commissioned by the world class Plaza Hotel in New York, she wrote and illustrated two books; the latest being, 'The Golden Rules of Etiquette at The Plaza.' The illustrations are a combination watercolor and pen & ink. To the delight of the hotel, the book sold 10,000 copies in 2006. In conjunction with The Plaza's Ambassadors program, Rosemary has taught etiquette classes and has conducted various speaking programs for the hotel.

She currently teaches therapeutic art classes, called, 'Anybody Can Paint' and conducts writing/publishing workshops for Fifth Avenue Press and various cruise ships.
